1. Agreement and eligibility
By using Clippay, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any task-specific terms. You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter this agreement, and meet stated age and location requirements.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping devices and verification codes secure. Do not transfer accounts, create deceptive duplicate accounts, impersonate another person, or bypass eligibility or security controls. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Platform role
Clippay provides technology and operational services connecting creators, brands, and authorized managers. Task-specific obligations are described in each brief. Availability, selection, approval, and future earnings are not guaranteed.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service; scrape or automate access without permission; interfere with security; upload malware; infringe rights; submit unlawful or deceptive content; manipulate engagement; harass others; or use Clippay for fraud. Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
5. Content and licences
You retain ownership of original content except for rights expressly granted under an accepted task. Each brief should describe required usage rights, platforms, duration, territory, exclusivity, and disclosure rules. You confirm that you have permission for everything you submit and that it does not infringe another person's rights.
6. BPoints and withdrawals
One BPoint represents ₹1 of approved creator reward value within Clippay. BPoints are not cryptocurrency, deposits, stored value, or an investment. Rewards depend on approval, holds, verification, minimum thresholds, applicable deductions, and withdrawal rules. Clippay may correct errors and reverse rewards associated with fraud, duplication, chargebacks, or invalid work after appropriate review.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for material or repeated violations, legal requirements, security risk, or fraud. We will use proportionate review where practical and will not impose a permanent ban solely on one automated signal.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, task availability, acceptance, approval, or a particular income. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final liability limits and jurisdiction will be stated after legal review of the operating entity.
9. Changes
We may update the service or these Terms. Material changes will receive appropriate notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
